Stephanie Perrault, DO
Stephanie Perrault, DO (formerly Dr. Stephanie Clark) is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and in Sports Medicine. Her clinical interest and expertise lie in the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal and sports related injuries of joints, tendons and muscles. She has extensive training in musculoskeletal ultrasound and regenerative medicine/orthobiologic procedures. Through her unique skill set, Dr. Perrault works with her patients to offer them both novel and traditional non-operative solutions to their sports and musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Perrault completed her medical school training at Western University of Health Sciences - College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, CA. She then went on to complete her residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She finished her graduate medical training with a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, WA. Prior to medical school, Dr. Perrault obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology along with minors in Chemistry and Spanish from Wake Forest University where she was also a Division I Athlete. After graduating college, she pursued her Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Columbia University in New York, NY and remains keenly interested in the impact of nutrition on overall health and wellness.
After practicing as a sports and musculoskeletal physician at a larger hospital system, Dr. Perrault decided to join ESPM to practice alongside one of her lifelong mentors Dr. Adam Pourcho. She is passionate about providing collaborative and personalized care which she couples with her advanced skills in diagnostic and interventional ultrasound to help her patients meet their sports, fitness and functional goals.
Born and raised in the greater Seattle area, she is committed to practicing in the PNW. After her academic journey took her to different states and countries for nearly 15 years, she is excited to once again be close to home. In her spare time, Dr. Perrault enjoys spending time with her family, riding the Peloton and running, plant-based cooking, attending local sporting events and being on the water at Lake Chelan. She and her husband welcomed their first child in May 2025 and are thrilled to see their family grow.
